VOW Couple Spotlight: Hope & Nick
This month, our VOW couple spotlight is Hope and Nick, married September 2021 in Treynor, IA. Hope and Nick dedicated the traditional dollar dance during their wedding reception to VOW, and raised over $300 during just one dance!
Why did you choose to support VOW with your wedding?
“The mission of VOW for Girls is something in which we strongly believe, and our wedding dollar dance was the perfect opportunity to elevate the need for VOW for Girls’ work, while also collecting donations to fund their efforts. All guests were informed about our dollar dance donation to VOW for Girls via our wedding program timeline.”
VOW tip: Including how you choose to support VOW in your wedding paper goods (i.e. invitation suite, place cards, programs, favors, etc.), is an easy way to incorporate VOW into your wedding, without adding to your to-do list! About VOW for Girls
From wedding registry donations to partner product purchases, everything donated to VOW (that’s 100% of donations!) goes directly to community-driven efforts to help girls around the world. Our grantees, which are mainly women-led local organizations, use the funding we provide to directly support girls.
