VOW Pro Spotlight: Artem Lomaz
This month’s VOW Pro feature is VOW Pro+ member, Artem Lomaz who is a wedding and event master of ceremonies based in the US. Artem uses his podcast to support VOW with the donations upon release of new episodes, and also shares VOW at various industry organization events where he is a speaker.
What is VOW Pro?
Before we share more about how Artem incorporates VOW into his business, let’s take a step back and explain what the VOW Pro community really is. The VOW Pro community is specifically designed for wedding professionals and wedding-aligned businesses, is free to join, and since launching the network in 2021, professionals from 28 countries have joined VOW Pro to be part of the solution to end child marriage in our lifetime.
There are a variety of ways to activate VOW into your business and added benefits in doing so including a badge to display on your website showing your support to end child marriage, social media assets, opportunities for you and your couples to be featured by VOW on social media, our email newsletter, or in media stories and more!
VOW Pro+ is specifically designed for wedding professionals and wedding-aligned businesses who wish to make even more of an impact by donating on behalf of each client or booking. You can choose the donation amount and frequency. This recognition of support is unlocked after a minimum monthly donation of US $10.
Artem speaking to WIPA San Francisco Bay Area Chapter about VOW for Girls
How did you hear about VOW for Girls?
“I learned of VOW through an industry event – Engage! Luxury Wedding & Business Summits.”
How do you support VOW through your business?
“Donations are typically made post-events (clients are made aware of VOW and encouraged to donate), as well as a donation upon the release of any new episodes of my podcast. I’ve also begun incorporating VOW into my presentations when I speak to industry organizations.”
Why did you choose to support VOW with your business?
“I support VOW because VOW represents progress as the organization works toward a world where every girl has the ability to control their future, and life, on their terms.”

About VOW for Girls
From wedding registry donations to partner product purchases, everything donated to VOW (that’s 100% of donations!) goes directly to community-driven efforts to help girls around the world. Our grantees, which are mainly women-led local organizations, use the funding we provide to directly support girls.
Twelve million girls a year, some as young as 8, become child brides. VOW is a global movement of the wedding industry community, partners and couples who are dedicated to a world where no child is ever a bride and where every girl has the chance to live the life she loves.
